Sèvres Magazine

The « Sèvres » Magazine of the Friends of the Sèvres Museum Society (FSMS) was created in 1992.

Intended for lovers and friends of ceramics, it is a link for the FSMS members and a reference magazine in the domain of ceramics. Each issue presents a selection of papers abundantly illustrated, concerning ceramics and related arts, from Antiquity to present-day period. The papers are written by most eminent scholars, experts and museum curators.
The magazine is complemented by the presentation of events at the Musée national de Céramique and by more general information in the domain of ceramic arts : exhibitions, papers, catalogues and books recently issued.

The « Sèvres » magazine of the year is included in the FSMS membership fee.
Most previous issues of the Sèvres magazine are still available and can be ordered. To place your order, please print and mail enclosed order form.
The FSMS also edited Sèvres Numérique, digital version (two CD) of the N° 1 to 16 issues of the Sèvres magazine. To place an order for Sèvres Numérique, please print and mail the relevant order form.

To get acquainted with the Sèvres magazine, articles from N° 11 can be freely downloaded : from the Index, select the paper you are interested in and click on its title to download the entire article. The FSMS members have access to some articles from N° 10 and to the articles from N° 11 to 18 of the Sèvres magazine through the Internet site's Members Space.
